Puerta Querétaro is an Industrial Park connected to the State Freeway 500, it is totally fenced, and with four access modules to guarantee total control for inbound and outbound vehicles.

Railway Terminal

Puerta Querétaro Rail Cargo Terminal will be ready for the 4Q 2018, in an area of 57 acres (26 ha.), with two rail tracks of 1.25 miles (2.01 km.), connected to the Line “BC” of Kansas City Southern Mexico, the major rail operators in Mexico.

Shopping Mall

Puerta Querétaro Shopping and Commercial Center will be for 3Q 2018, in an area of 3 acres (1.21 ha.), faced to the highway 500. Some of the basic services that will be on site are Banks, Pharmacies, retail and a Food Center.
