Puerta Querétaro is developed by Mexican Infrastructure Holding. The group was founded in Toronto and has been investing in Mexican industrial infrastructure for the last three decades. Puerta Querétaro is one of three parks developed by the group, alongside Puerta del Norte and Puerta Mexico.
The group’s approach is consistent across all three properties: acquire strategically located land, build infrastructure to international specifications, and invest in the park for the long term. That long-term commitment is why the same team that developed Puerta Querétaro continues to manage its operations and tenant relationships today.
The park sits in El Marqués, adjacent to Querétaro International Airport and minutes from Highway 57. It is built to LEED standards with independent infrastructure serving every lot. Puerta Querétaro currently hosts twenty-four companies across logistics, electronics, chemical, automotive, paper, and food.
The park offers three paths for companies looking to establish industrial operations in central Mexico: purchasing fully urbanized industrial lots, leasing Class A inventory warehouses for immediate occupancy, or commissioning custom build-to-suit facilities on entitled land.
