THE PARK

A Strategic Industrial Environment Built for Global Business

About

The Park

Puerta Querétaro is a 126-hectare Class A industrial park in El Marqués, Querétaro. Eight blocks are fully developed with all infrastructure installed and operational. A ninth block is permitted for future expansion, giving the park room to grow alongside the companies that operate here.
Twenty-four companies operate here in logistics, electronics, chemical, automotive, paper and food. Available industrial lots range from 11,000 m² to over 85,000 m², with options to merge parcels for larger footprints. The park also offers build-to-suit development and Class A inventory warehouse space.
